Please ensure you read and understand our policies upon booking your appointment.
Cancellations
You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
After this, late cancellations may result in the loss of your booking fee.
We understand that life happens, and we try to be as understanding as we can.
But behind the salon, is a small business and small team trying to make it work. Late cancellations are often impossible to fill, resulting in a loss on income & unused time.
Late Arrivals
No Shows
If you do not attend your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of your booking fee / 50% of the treatment cost.

Any outstanding balance must be cleared prior to booking another appointment.

No-Shows are very difficult to recover from as a small business. With no opportunity to fill the space, this can have a huge impact on the business.
Every appointment is prepped, planned and time is allocated to you.

We will always try to be understanding, but please reach out at your earliest opportunity to let us know.
Payments
We completely understand that things can happen. Traffic, parking, life.... These things are not always in your control.
We allow a grace period of upto 10mins for late arrivals.
​
However, if you arrive later than this, we may have to shorten your treatment time, or we may not be able to do the service, at which point, our cancellation policy may come into place.
​
We will always do our best to accommodate you, however we often run a tight schedule so this could impact our next appointment
​
Thankyou for understanding and respecting our time
To secure your appointment, a booking fee of 50% of the total treatment cost will be required.
​
This is then deducted from your final bill at the time of the treatment.
​
Prescriber Clinic appointments:
All consultations must be paid in full upfront. This is because we have to pay upfront for this service. The fee is deducted from your treatment once booked, but if you do not book, there is no refund.

All services must be paid at the time of the treatment, payments must be completed before you leave the salon.
Refunds
At The Hideaway Beauty & Aesthetics, all of our treatments and services are carried out with the highest level of care.
Due to the nature of the treatments we provide, all treatments are non-refundable once they have been completed.

Booking Fees - If you cancel more than 48hours before, your booking fee is refundable. We reserve the right to retain this if the appointment has been moved previously.
​
Packages- Our packages are non-refundable once the course has been started.
​
Prescription Treatments- All treatments involving a prescription are strictly non-refundable.
​
Some of our treatments are not an exact science and results can vary. We will always endeavour to support any issues, but refunds will not be given based on dissatisfaction of results.
Consent Forms
All Consent forms must be completed before the appointment starts.
You may be sent these via Fresha, or we may do these in house with a consultation, depending on the treatment.

Even if you are a regular client, it is important for us to keep upto date records so we know if there have been any changes to your health, medications or circumstances.
​
Consent forms allow us to:
-Ensure each treatment is safe for you
-Identify any reasons we should not go ahead
-Tailor the treatment to you
-Ensure you are fully informed and give consent.

Failiure to complete consultation forms may result in your treatment being delayed or cancelled, and the cancellation policy may apply.

These forms are not just ‘paperwork’. They allow us to deliver safe, professional treatments with your care at its heart, while respecting everyone’s time & safety.
